British comedian Rowan Atkinson injured his shoulder after over-practicing a Nazi salute for his latest movie Mr. Bean's Holiday. The actor suffered pain for months as a result. He says, "I did it with such enthusiasm in the rehearsal room that I ripped my shoulder and gave myself a nasty frozen shoulder for many months.

"It's only really recovered now. It's a very unusual problem to have to explain to your osteopath."
