Blues great B.B. King is launching a US touring festival with pals Al Green and Etta James this summer.

The B.B. King Blues Festival will visit Atlanta, Georgia; Detroit, Michigan; Chicago, Illinois, and Los Angeles, among other cities.

The 16-city trek will begin at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Florida on July 24.

Joan Osborne, Robert Randolph and James Hunter will join the tour for select dates.

It's unlikely the tour will venture overseas because 81-year-old King announced last year he'd no longer be performing abroad.
