Red Hot Chili Peppers Ask Fans To Help With New Video
The group has launched a contest on video-sharing website YouTube.com after deciding fans should have a say in what the video for new single Charlie looks like.
The winner of the online contest will receive $5,000 and a trip to meet the Red Hot Chili Peppers and see them perform live in Paris, France on July 6.
Front man Anthony Kiedis says, "Videos are harder than they look. It's very, very rare and beautiful and monumental when someone makes a truly good video."
