Ray star Kerry Washington has called off her engagement to actor David Moscow, insisting she's too young to wed.

The pretty 30-year-old and Riding In Cars With Boys star Moscow got engaged in 2004.

She says, "I think I'm really young and I think it's such a personal decision (to get married). It's really about asking yourself, 'What do I really, really want?'"

The actress admits her parents' perfect marriage made her realize she didn't want to rush into a union that might not last a lifetime.

She adds, "My parents are still married and love each other very much and they're an inspiration to me."
