Michael Jackson's sister LaToya had a life-changing experience while shooting new reality TV show "Armed & Famous" last month - she had to deliver a baby. The singer was training as a reserve police officer in Muncie, Indiana, as part of the new show, when she came to the aid of stranded young mother-to-be on December 16.

She says, "I helped deliver a baby girl on the freeway. I lifted the woman out of the car and helped take her to a midwife. It changed my life."

Jackson is one of five celebrities training as police officers in the new show, which debuts in America on January 10. The other wannabe cops include Jack Osbourne and star Erik Estrada.
