Hollywood star Mel Gibson is sick of the fall out after his anti-Semitic rant at a police officer who arrested him for drink driving.

The Apocalypto director has begged the press to stop dragging up the incident, which he has since apologized for.

He tells critics, "Get the hell over it." Last month Gibson told Empire magazine, "I think people are, quite frankly, bored of all the press. OK, it was a misdemeanour, DUI and those things. So after a few months I think people are sick of it. I know I certainly am."
