Heather Locklear has moved on from David Spade and is reportedly dating Christina Applegate's estranged husband, actor Johnathan Schaech. The pair was recently spotted sharing an intimate dinner at Mastro's Steakhouse in Thousand Oaks, California.

Schaech, 37, who split with Applegate last year is close to finalizing his divorce. Meanwhile, Locklear, 45, split from husband Richie Sambora in January and has been seen out on the town with Schaech.

A friend of Locklear's tells publication Us Weekly, "She really likes him. It's still in that fun, getting-to-know-each-other stage."
