Dance star Moby has branded Fox newsman Bill O'Reilly "a very lonely man" following his outburst at "computer geeks." The journalist and TV personality recently hit out at people who use iPods, suggesting the popular music player makes people socially inept.

He said, "I don't own an iPod. I would never wear an iPod. Did you ever talk to these computer geeks? I mean, can you carry on a conversation with them?"

But Moby is furious at the attack and can't understand why O'Reilly is refusing to stay with the times.

He tells The Scoop, "In the 21st century, what defines a 'computer geek'? Bill O'Reilly must be very lonely, only being able to carry on conversations with the two percent of people in the western world who don't use computers for their work and entertainment."
