Singer Josh Groban, whose new CD "Awake" debuts at No. 2 on the pop charts next week, will be hitting the road beginning late February. The highly anticipated Awake Tour announced today by Live Nation, the tour's producer, will take the multi-platinum recording artist around the globe. Concert dates for the first leg -- 29 cities -- begin February 17 in Verona, New York at the Turning Stone Casino with other highlights including NYC's Madison Square Garden on March 12, LA's Staples Center on March 31 and the MGM Grand Arena in Las Vegas on April 7.

Josh GrobanThe 25-year-old Grammy nominated artist has sold over 14 million CDs and has previously toured to wild critical and fan acclaim. Billboard Magazine has hailed the new CD as a "retail and artistic titan."

Following performances last week on "Good Morning America" and "Regis and Kelly," Groban is also scheduled to appear on "Jay Leno" November 16, the "Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade" November 23, the "American Music Awards" on November 21 and the "Kennedy Center Honors" airing in mid-December.

Tickets for the Awake Tour will be available for purchase at LiveNation.com beginning November 17 at 10am for select dates.
