New Bond girl Eva Green is self-conscious about her body away from the film set despite stripping off in a series of movies. Green is frequently naked in her 2003 movie debut The Dreamers and also appears scantily-clad as Daniel Craig's on-screen love interest Vesper Lynd in the new 007 film Casino Royale.

She says, "I'm very self-conscious about my own body. I don't like looking at myself. I sleep in pajamas - I don't even sleep naked with my boyfriend (Yann Claasen).
