Jimmy BuffettJimmy Buffett has filed a lawsuit against a man who is allegedly selling merchandise inspired by his biggest hit "Margaritaville" without the singer's permission. The lawsuit, filed in the U.S. District Court in Galveston, Texas, accuses Robert Akard of running website UnderOneHut.com, which sells some of the same clothing and CDs available in Buffett's chain of stores and restaurants and through his own website Margaritaville.com.

It's not the first time Akard has crossed paths with the beach-loving singer. Buffett was previously granted a court order against Akard in Nevada, but legal loopholes have allowed him to run his website from Texas, Florida and New York.

Buffett has asked a judge to order Akard to stop using and profiting from his name and likeness and to pay unspecified damages.
