R&B star Mya brought her feuding, estranged parents back together again when she gave them the job of managing her career.

After a series of flops, the Lady Marmalade singer decided she needed to chance her management and she moved back home to Washington and invited her parents to take over her career.

But the family deal came with rules - her mum and dad would have to get along.

Mya says, "I was like, 'Look, I'm gonna come back home and y'all are going to have to talk to each other. You're going to be my manager, she's my business manager. I'm going to force y'all to grow up and talk.'"

Mya's father has since moved on as the singer's manager, according to reports.
