Nicole Kidman's friends and family have rallied to her side after new husband Keith Urban announced he was seeking treatment for alcohol abuse. The star gathered with Australian family and friends on October 25 in Los Angeles for a special dinner at pal Naomi Watts' home.

Family friend Simon Baker tells People the occasion was kept upbeat saying, "We didn't talk about it. (Nicole) is a survivor. She just keeps moving forward."

Kidman has been seen around Los Angeles leaving Pilates classes and spending time with her sister Antonia, who flew in from Sydney, Australia, to provide moral support.

The actress reportedly visited her husband at the L.A. facility where he is being treated in their hometown of Nashville, Tennessee before returning to the London set of her latest movie The Golden Compass.
