Hip-hop star DMX is taking a break from appearing in court on driving charges by launching his own clothing line. The rapper - real name Earl Simmons - has designed the DMX and DMX Signature collections which include a range of designer apparel, footwear, head wear and outer wear.

His representative tells AllHipHop.com the clothing line borders on the "rough edge of hip-hop mixed with the practicality of the no nonsense, no frills clothing that active and rugged men want."

The fashion line will be available for purchase at concerts, specialist stockists and online.
