Ashton Kutcher still hopes to win a bet to date Jennifer Aniston - despite being stood up by the star once before. The 28-year-old star, who is currently married to Demi Moore, bet pals $1,000 10 years ago that he would share a romantic evening with Aniston.

Years later, he asked Aniston's then-husband Brad Pitt for permission, who accepted Kutcher's offer of taking Aniston out for dinner. However, the actress later cancelled the date at a pizza parlor.

He says, "I was probably 17 or 18 when I bet 1,000 bucks I would someday go on a date with Jennifer Aniston. (Brad) said 'Go ahead.' We had a date set to go to Pizza Hut and then she didn't want to go. I was serious and I think she thought I was joking. I tell you, that date will happen because I'll ask Demi's permission to do it. It's not about the $1,000 bet, it is about saying you will do something and doing it."
