Nicole Richie is moving on from ex-boyfriend Brody Jenner by dating French magazine editor Samuel Plouchart. Just three days after her October 4 break-up with her beau of two months, Richie was photographed with a new hair reddish hair color dining and shopping with Plouchart in Beverly Hills, California.

Plouchert is the fashion editor of French magazine Citizen K. Richie tells Us Weekly, "New boy, new look."

Meanwhile, Jenner tells the magazine that toward the end of their romance, Richie "didn't treat me like a friend or a boyfriend." However, he claims they are now on good terms: "We peaced it out."
