Celebrities Join Gap Campaign To Fight HIV
Jennifer Garner, Penelope Cruz and Don Cheadle are donning garments from clothing giants Gap to raise awareness for African woman and children affected by HIV/AIDS. The kind-hearted movie stars are among the celebrities who will parade the clothes in a series of advertising campaigns for charity organization Red - an initiative co-founded by U2's Bono. The clothes involved include limited edition Gap jeans, accessories, hooded jumpers and T-shirts, with half of the proceedings going to Red, which donates funds to African woman and children affected by the widespread disease.
Oscar-nominated actor Cheadle says, "People can wear the clothes and know that they are actually doing something for the world. It's a great way to merge fashion and activism."
