Mr T. turned down a cameo in a proposed big-screen version of 1980s TV show The A-Team because he refused to star alongside another actor playing his signature role of B,A. Baracus. The actor - real name Laurence Tureaud - no longer has to worry, as the film doesn't appear to be being made.

He says, "There was supposed to be an 'A-Team' movie, but none of us guys would have been in it. The producers told me, 'We'd like you to be in a cameo,' and I said, 'You talk like a fool. Either I'm BA Baracus or nobody.' And I quickly quashed it."

George Peppard, who played Colonel Hannibal Smith in the TV classic, died in 1994.
