Tonight's TV Highlights: '7th Heaven,' Runaway' & 'Heroes'

Jewel guest stars on 7th Heaven7th Heaven enters it's eleventh season tonight on the CW and features a cameo by Jewel. Having lost her pregnancy over the summer, an emotionally unstable Lucy convinces Eric to let her deliver the Sunday sermon, but she ends up publicly blaming Kevin and everyone in her family for what happened.

Meanwhile, Martin expresses his romantic intentions to Sandy, who may still have feelings for Simon, and tells her that he wants to spend more time with her and their infant son. Sandy reveals that she has recently switched majors and wants to become a minister, a prospect that upsets Lucy who feels like Sandy is intruding on her turf. Jewel makes a cameo as the Camden's neighbor whose voice lulls Savannah to sleep every night.

ALSO ON TONIGHT:

* Donnie Wahlberg and Leslie Hope star in the new series Runaway, a drama about a family on the run from the law. After Paul Rader (Donnie Wahlberg) is wrongly accused of murder and his family threatened by the real killer, he takes his wife Lily (Leslie Hope) and their three children, Henry (Dustin Milligan), Hannah (Sarah Ramos) and Tommy (Nathan Gamble) on the run, leaving everything they own behind. While Federal Agent Huntley (Karen LeBlanc) and her team pursue Paul, the family assumes new identities in a small town in Iowa and attempt to blend in as a close loving family, something they have never been. Henry battles with his father over forcing them to leave their old life behind, while Hannah is secretly thrilled at the chance to start over and try on a new identity. Susan Floyd also stars.

* The new series Heroes also premieres tonight. As a total eclipse casts its shadow across the globe, a genetics professor (Sendhil Ramamurthy) in India is led by his father's disappearance to uncover a secret theory -- there are people with super powers living among us. A young dreamer (Milo Ventimiglia) tries to convince his politician brother (Adrian Pasdar) that he can fly. A high school cheerleader (Hayden Panettiere) learns that she is totally indestructible. A single mother (Ali Larter) struggles to make ends meet to support her young son (Noah Gray-Cabey), discovers that her mirror image has a secret. A gifted artist (Santiago Cabrera), whose drug addiction is destroying his life and relationship with his girlfriend (Tawny Cypress), can paint the future. And in Japan, a young man (Masi Oka) develops a way to stop time through sheer will power. Yet, unbeknownst to them all, their ultimate destiny is nothing less than saving the world...
