Prison BreakThe second season of Prison Break kicks off tonight at 8 p.m. on FOX. Michael (Wentworth Miller) and the escape gang begin the run for their lives as a new FBI agent leads the hunt for their capture.

Picking up eight hours after their escape from Fox River, Michael, Lincoln, Sucre, Abruzzi and C-Note are on the run for their lives as a vengeful Bellick leads the prison guards seeking to capture their escaped quarry.

Following "Prison Break" at 9 p.m. is the new FOX series Vanished. It centers on missing person Sara Collins (Joanne Kelly), a senator’s wife. Viewers catch the action through the eyes of an FBI agent, a reporter and distraught family members. Gale Harold, Ming-Na and Rebecca Gayheart also star.

The series is reminiscent of CSI, 24 and The Da Vinci Code, revealing new clues about the investigation each week. “But as the characters get closer to the truth, they unwittingly become targets themselves,” according to FOX.
