Colin Farrell would love to return to his roots and star in the British TV drama series that launched his career. The actor, who is currently promoting new movie Miami Vice, found fame on hit show Ballykissangel and has told producers who would consider being the leading man in a revamped version of the now defunct drama.

He says, "If the part was right, I would take it. I started out in Ballykissangel and loved it."

The U.K. series "Ballykissangel" centers on an English priest who is transferred to a small Irish village.
