Paris Hilton has hit out at claims she broke a promise to help an Australian children's charity, vowing to pay it a visit when she returns down under in November. Gold Coast cause Paradise Kids claims the hotel heiress vowed to perform a fundraising charity concert during a 2004 trip to the city while she filmed movie House of Wax there.
It claims it has never heard back from the 25-year-old - but Hilton insists she hasn't forgotten about Paradise Kids. She says, "I went there. They received so many donations from all over the world and people knew about it because of me. But I haven't been back since. When I go back I definitely want to do something for them."
Hilton plans to return to Australia in November to promote her debut album. The star was so enamoured by the Gold Coast surfing capital, she is considering moving there and taking her nightclub chain Club Paris with her. She says, "I'm building one in Vegas now but I want to open Club Paris on the Gold Coast eventually. I love it there. I want to buy a house there."
