Denise Richards is set to bare all again in the pages of a magazine. The sexy actress, who has stripped for movie roles and Playboy, will appear naked again in an upcoming issue of Jane. The actress insists her latest disrobing is for a good cause - the Clothes Off Our Back charitable foundation, which hosts online auctions of celebrity attire to benefit various children's charities.

She giggles, "I think I will be wearing clear balloons. Jane has done this before, so I think it will be a pretty issue."

And Richards, who is joined by naked stars Rachel Blanchard, Sanaa Lathan and Brittany Snow, among others, in the "No Prudes Allowed" issue, admits she did absolutely nothing to get in shape for the spread. She was too busy living it up with boyfriend Richie Sambora in Europe.

She adds, "I ate my face off."
