Justin Timberlake has hit out at former girlfriend Britney Spears, branding the singer disloyal.

The Cry Me A River hitmaker, who is currently dating actress Cameron Diaz, split from Spears in 2002 and was amazed at how quickly their relationship turned sour.

He tells GQ magazine, "When we initially parted ways, I felt like she had a couple of opportunities to just sort of stick up for me, and she didn't."
