The couple began dating earlier this year after former Playboy pin-up McCarthy announced her split from husband John Asher, and they're so smitten with each other they're planning a 'quickie' wedding.

Friends tells tabloid National Enquirer that the pair are making tentative plans to dash off to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, to tie the knot at the end of the summer. Carrey has been married twice before - to actress Lauren Holly and his first wife Melissa Womer.
