Outkast have confirmed they will go ahead with a tour, despite Andre 3000's absence reducing the shows to one man. Andre 3000, real name Andre Benjamin, placed the gigs in jeopardy after revealing he has ditched touring to concentrate on his burgeoning acting career.

But Big Boi, the other half of the duo, confirms he will take the group's hits on the road on his own.

Big Boi says, "I will be going out down the road. My brother (Andre), he's not doing this side of the fence, just chilling. But who knows what the future holds. We're gonna see what happens, 'cause we got the ball and it's first down."
