Courteney Cox has started having in vitro fertilization (IVF) treatment in a bid to have a second child with husband David Arquette. The 42-year-old star experienced a number of setbacks before the birth of two-year-old Coco but is anxious for her daughter to have a sibling.

She explains, "I'm not really ready right this second, but I'll probably do it one more time."

Cox will use IVF again, although she claims, "It drives you crazy with hormones," and has already taken blood tests to begin the process.

If the couple is unable to conceive, Cox says they plan to adopt their second child.
