Tori Spelling Explains Run In With Husband's Ex-Wife
Tori Spelling has slammed reports she ordered MuchMusic Video Award bosses to remove her new husband's ex-wife from the Toronto, Canada, ceremony on Sunday. Spelling married Dean McDermott last month after a whirlwind courtship. McDermott's ex-wife Mary Jo Eustace claims she was dumped after her husband filmed a TV movie with Spelling in Canada. Canadian TV personality Eustace claims she was ejected from the ceremony to avoid a clash with Spelling, who faced heckles of "homewrecker" from the audience when she appeared on stage to present an award.
Eustace says, "The excuse was that there was a restraining order against me, which is of course completely false and untrue."
However, Spelling insists she would never dream of removing Eustace from the theatre. She says, "No! I mean, that is horrible to me - that people would even think that. I've certainly been in worse situations, scarier situations, with people showing up that you are really worried about, and I have never asked to have someone removed. Because who am I? First of all, it's her home turf. It's not mine. I'm here as a guest. It's just not my personality."
Eustace is currently writing a book about the end of her 13-year marriage called "My Husband Left Me For Tori Spelling."
