Luke Perry has come to the defense of embattled widow Anna Nicole Smith, insisting she deserves all of the money her husband left to her. Smith is still fighting her late husband J. Howard Marshall's family in court for a $400 million share of Marshall's $1.5 billion estate. Perry, who is playing a lottery winner in his new show "Windfall," claims Smith's husband's wishes should be respected.

He explains, "When the gentleman left her the money, that's what he wanted to have done with it, so she should get it and it's nobody else's money at that point. I think people should leave her alone. He wanted her to have that so she gets that and that's his money and he gets to pick."

The star insists that even if Marshall was senile, his wishes should be respected, adding, "Especially if he is senile - he earned it!"
