Tori Spelling is furious with fashion designer Randolph Duke after he refused to refund her deposit on a wedding dress she thought was "too tacky." The star married Dean McDermott in Fiji on May 7 and had commissioned Duke to design her dress for the island wedding.

Spelling put down a deposit of $4,700 but hated the completed dress calling it "cheesy." Duke has hit back telling publication Us Weekly, "I've never designed a dress for free. She won't get her money back."

The actress ended up wearing a white eye-let dress by Dolce & Gabbana instead.
