Daniel Craig has been ordered to lose weight because he's in danger of bulging out of James Bond's tux. The hunky actor has reportedly been put on a strict diet after stuffing himself with calorific treats on the set of the upcoming Casino Royale. The star has developed a taste for rich dumplings and borscht soup while filming in Prague - and film bosses are terrified they'll end up with a porky 007.

Bond producer Barbara Broccoli has also hired the 38-year-old a personal trainer to help him shed the excess pounds. An insider told Daily Mirror newspaper movie chiefs got worried when Craig "appeared to have gone soft around the edges".

A source is quoted in Daily Star newspaper as saying: "Czech food is incredibly filling and Daniel fell a little too in love with it.

"Barbara was worried that her leading man would be sporting love handles in some sexy beach scenes."
