The actor once sued to stop a past sex tape from hitting the internet and now feels the idea of capturing your most intimate moments on camera is a terrible idea.

He tells men's magazine Maxim, "Even if you're just an old slob with a video camera, you don't realize you shouldn't do it. You throw it in the back of a dark closet until your old girlfriend remembers it's there because you're famous now and she's not. But if you're not prepared to do the time, don't do the crime."
