Denise Richards was spotted passionately kissing best friend Heather Locklear's estranged husband Richie Sambora over the weekend, according to media reports. On Saturday, Richards and Sambora arrived at Le Cafe in the Westlake Village neighborhood outside Los Angeles at 5 pm in separate cars. After meeting up in the parking lot, the two kissed then walked hand-in-hand, smiling and chatting as they headed toward the restaurant, according to People's website.

According to sources, the pair ate out on the cafe's covered patio, where they gazed into each other's eyes and held hands across the table. Richards kissed Sambora's hand and he returned the gesture and the couple then kissed on the lips. The pair left the restaurant at 5:45 pm in the same car. Sambora has a home in Westlake Village.

On Friday, Richards filed a 17-page court document claiming her estranged husband, Charlie Sheen, had threatened to kill her. The actress also claims Sheen abused prescription medication, had violent mood swings and visited pornography websites. Sheen has called her claims "vile" and "baseless."

Sambora split from Locklear in February after 11-years of marriage. Locklear, who starred with Sheen in Spin City, attended Richard's baby shower before she gave birth to her second daughter Lola and helped take care of the baby after she was born last June.
