The e-mail goes on to ask the judge to delay the next hearing: "... We do not want to lose any momentum for settlement ..." The memo asks that all orders, including restraining orders, stay in effect for the time being.

One court order directs the actor to "remove his personal effects from the family residence" on April 19. Highlighting the contentious nature of the divorce, the judge ordered that a "neutral, third party is to be present at the exchange". If the couple are able to agree on custody and visitation rights, another potentially controversial issue remains - the division of property.
