The Playboy beauty, who refused medical treatment, was watching the New York Rangers take on the Buffalo Sabres when the unfortunate incident occurred.

The 31-year-old simply cried out, "Oh, look at my lip." An onlooker says, "She was making a pretty big deal of it. It must have hurt though. It takes pretty bad luck to be the only person in the crowd hit by a puck."
