Anthony Clark To Host 'Last Comic Standing'

Anthony ClarkYes, Dear's Anthony Clark will host the new summer edition of Last Comic Standing. "Anthony is a very funny comedian whose engaging wit and personality have made him a favorite with audiences," said Craig Plestis, senior vice president, alternative programming and development. "We're delighted to have him host the show when it returns to NBC this summer."

Perhaps best known for his starring role for six seasons in the television series "Yes, Dear," Clark also starred in the NBC comedy series "Boston Common" and in "Soul Man," opposite Dan Aykroyd.

Additional television appearances include HBO's "Young Comedians Special," BBC's "The Stand Up Show," NBC's "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno" and "Late Night with David Letterman." He also appeared on multiple episodes of Ellen.

On the big screen, Clark stars opposite Kathy Najimy in the independent film "Say Uncle," which opens nationwide in June.
