Jennifer Esposito will only move out of her New York apartment if her next home comes with a view of a naked, dancing man. The sexy actress has just bought the place above her apartment so she can get a better view of the crazy neighbor who loves to strip.

She explains, "I have a great view into some man's apartment across the way from me and he's always naked. It's fantastic. I don't see his head. If I passed him on the street I wouldn't have any idea unless he dropped trou (his trousers) and then I'd be like, 'I know who you are.'"

Esposito admits her naked neighbor makes life really enjoyable - even in the dead of night. She adds, "There was a snow storm and I got up in the middle of the night and I said, 'I wanna see how lovely it looks outside - nice and peaceful.' I'm looking out my window... and I see these snowballs going flying and I look and it's my naked friend reaching out on his windowsill, making snowballs and wailing (throwing) them at cabs, naked. It was fantastic. And then he would dance around when he got one."
