Hollywood movie-maker Steven Spielberg
has delayed plans to film a biopic of President Abraham Lincoln
"indefinitely". The director had cast Northern Irish actor Liam Neeson
to play the 19th century leader with filming expected to begin shortly.
However, Spielberg's publicist Marvin Levy tells MovieHole.net the project is deferred until further notice. Spielberg is expected to start work on the long-awaited Indiana Jones
sequel this year. The most recent Indiana Jones film was made 17 years ago.
