rapper Donnell 'Don P' Prince has been arrested for allegedly raping a teenage girl at a party. The Neva Eva hitmaker has been charged with rape and two counts of aggravated sodomy of a 16-year-old girl at a December 2005 party in the Atlanta suburb of Lithonia, Georgia.
A DeKalb County police report claims Prince and another man are accused of taking the girl into a bedroom, but the second man is yet to be arrested.
The crunk rapper's lawyer Keith Adams claims the girl was not a minor and the sex was consensual.
Adams added there were several people in the Lithonia apartment on the night of the party and "none of them will corroborate what they (the police) say had occurred."
Prince is expected to attend court for a bail hearing tomorrow (Feb. 6).
