Madonna has laughed off tabloid allegations her relationship with British producer Stuart Price is anything more than plutonic. The Hung Up singer has been plagued by rumurs her marriage to Guy Ritchie is in trouble because of her closeness to Confessions on a Dance Floor collaborator Price.

But Madonna and her director husband, who have five-year-old son Rocco together, insist their relationship is as strong as ever. Her spokesperson comments, "She and Guy had a big laugh over the recent reporting of the special friendship with Stuart Price."

In other Madonna news, the superstar is reportedly house-hunting in New York City. The England-based singer has instructed her brother Tom Ciccone to find her a haven in the city for her and her kids.

A friend of the star tells British newspaper the Mail On Sunday, "She's thinking it might be time to come home. It's not too far from Manhattan, but far enough to be a haven of peace for her and her children. Madonna has told family members she's homesick."
