Motley Crue rocker Nikki Sixx is spearheading a new campaign to help homeless youths. The guitarist is the odd choice to front the Covenant House Running Wild in the Night campaign, which aims to raise cash for creative arts programmes for wayward kids. Sixx has already raised close to $40,000 for the cause by selling personal items, autographed merchandise and memorabilia on his website. The Covenant House charity provides services to homeless and runaway youth in 21 cities throughout the world. Charity bosses hope to nurture talent in homeless and runaway youths so they can escape life on the streets.
