Shakira is selling her five-bedroom mansion for $5.8 million because she needs more space. The Columbian-born pop babe is moving from her luxury Florida home - which has 6,500 square feet of living space - because it is too small, according to her estate agent.

The 28-year-old singer's waterfront property is located in an exclusive area of Miami Beach and has views of the idyllic Biscayne Bay. The house has five bedrooms, six bathrooms, a swimming pool and its own private dock.

Meanwhile, Shakira won an award for song 'La Tortura' at the last weekend's NRJ Music Awards in Cannes. As she went up to collect the award for Best International Song, the singer shouted "I love France!"

The NRJs are one of France's biggest music awards shows.
