Christina Aguilera is desperate to start a family. The sexy singer, who wed music executive Jordan Bratman in a lavish ceremony last month, admits she has been feeling broody in recent months and hopes to try for a baby after she finishes her next world tour. She said: "We definitely want to have children. I'm very excited."

Christina has also revealed she has written a song for Jordan in which she describes her new husband as her "angel". She explained: "I actually have a song about him on my next album called 'Save Me From Myself' - because that's exactly what he's done. He's come into my life and saved me from not believing in people any more and restoring my faith in the world and humanity. He really is my angel who got me believing in life."

Christina - who earlier this week hinted she may change her name to Maria Bratman now she is hitched - and Jordan tied the knot last month in secret in a romantic sunset ceremony at a Californian vineyard. More than 100 guests - including Sharon Stone, Justin Timberlake, Cameron Diaz and Drew Barrymore - watched the smitten couple exchange vows.
