Elton John and fiancé David Furnish are reportedly planning a star-studded joint stag night before their nuptials.
The long-time lovers are set to tie the knot in December - just weeks after same-sex civil partnerships become legal in England. Their famous friend, singer George Michael, says the couple are planning a spectacular bash before their wedding.
He told London's Capital FM radio: "I think they're having a stag night before, which is not going to be so low-key (as their wedding)." Meanwhile, Elton has revealed he is letting his lover do all the organising for their stag night and wedding, which they hope to have at Windsor register office.
He is quoted in Britain's Daily Mirror newspaper as saying: "I'm leaving that all up to David, the music and everything - he's in charge of that. "I'm hoping he'll choose one of my songs but you never know." Film producer Furnish has reportedly asked former Take That star Gary Barlow to perform for the couple. The 34-year-old, who last week announced his former band are set to tour again next year, revealed: "I don't know what I'm going to sing yet. I don't think I'm going to write something, I'll perform something from the back catalogue."
