Vibe magazine and UPN today announced that Ludacris, Ciara, Pharrell, Young Jeezy, Keyshia Cole, as well as David Banner, Paul Wall and Lil Wayne with a special Hurricane Katrina tribute, are among the star-studded lineup of hip-hop and R&B artists scheduled to perform at the third annual Vibe Awards, to be broadcast Tuesday, Nov. 15 (8:00-10:00 PM, ET/PT) on UPN.

Queen of R&B and Hip-Hop Soul Mary J. Blige will receive this year's VLegend Award, which recognizes lifetime achievement.

Additional award show presenters and performers will be announced shortly.

The two-hour special event dedicated to celebrating innovation, cutting-edge presentation, and genre-expanding work in urban music will be taped on Saturday, Nov. 12 at Sony Studios in Culver City, Calif.

As previously reported, nominees include Destiny's Child, 50 Cent, Kanye West, Ciara, the Ying Yang Twins, Missy Elliot, Gwen Stefani, Mariah Carey, and The Black Eyed Peas
