Courtney Love has admitted to using heroin while pregnant with her and late Nirvana frontman Kurt Cobain's daughter Frances Bean.

The singer appears in new documentary "Kurt Cobain: Montage of Heck," which debuted at the Sundance Film Festival on Saturday, and she confirmed a report published in 1992 that claimed she was using at the time of her pregnancy.
