Dakota Fanning: The Lesbian Kiss Was No Big Deal
Twilight's Kristen Stewart and the all-grown-up, Dakota Fanning star in this spring's anticipated indy flick, The Runaways.
The Runaways follows the un-told story of a 70's teenage rock band who bring a whole other meaning to sex, drugs and rock n' roll. While the film was all the craze at this year's Sundance Film Festival, there was one factor that had audiences a bit skeptical.
The two starlets share an on-screen steamy kiss together, but Ms. Fanning insists it's no big deal!
"It wasn't that big of a deal. It's just another part of the story. This kiss was passionate - Joan [Kristen] and Cherie [Dakota] were just as close as two could get."
No big deal at 19 and 15? Tell that to your parents.
Although some may not agree with the on-screen kiss, this film is sure to be a hit.
The Runaways is set to be released early this spring, everywhere.
