NFL legend Dan Marino has just admitted to fathering a secret love child with a production assistant. The affair between Marino and Donna Savattere began back in 2004. In 2005, Savattere gave birth to a baby girl.

Marino reportedly paid the PA millions of dollars in hush money and relocated her from New York to Texas. The former Miami Dolphins quarterback already has six children with his current wife of 28 years, Claire. Marino just released this statement to the New York Post confirming the news:

“I take full responsibility both personally and financially for my actions now as I did then. We mutually agreed to keep our arrangement private to protect all parties involved. My wife and I have been married for almost 30 years and have six children together. And we continue to be a strong and loving family.”

While full details have not been disclosed, Marino is said to have been in communication with his daughter, now 7.
