Jackass star Bam Margera’s latest prank has an animal group up in arms. Margera posted a picture online of himself holding a fake gun to a puppy’s head. In the image, another person holds a sign that reads: ”If she poops one more time she goes bye byes.”

The caption for the picture continues: “Penny pooped in my bed. Not too fond of that. If it happens again, Penny goes Bye Byes!”

Rich Britton, spokesman for The Society for Prevention of Cruelty to Animals in Chester County Philadelphia says the picture is “not funny,” adding that the MTV star has “missed the mark on this one.”

Margera later apologized during an interview on a local TV station. “Sorry if I offended anybody,” he said on Fox29. “I am a big animal lover.”

Still, the puppy isn’t the only one being threatened by Bam on Twitter; he’s also posted several pictures of himself holding his prop gun to the heads of people, but no one seems too bothered by that.
