Kate Middleton Suing French Publication Over Topless Pictures

Kate Middleton and the Royal Family are going after the French magazine that released topless photographs of the Duchess of Cambridge. On Friday, Closer magazine made headlines when they published pictures of Kate on holiday with her husband, Prince William.
A rep for St. James’s Palace just released a statement saying that “legal proceedings for breach of privacy have been commenced today in France” by the royal couple.
Earlier in the day, the Royal Family issued a statement, saying, “Their royal highnesses have been hugely saddened to learn that a French publication and a photographer have invaded their privacy in such a grotesque and totally unjustifiable manner.”
This latest controversy comes just a month after Prince Harry was photographed frolicking nude in a Las Vegas hotel room with a blonde woman.
